Dentist – Owen M. Waldman, DMD
Dr. Owen Waldman grew up in Rockland County, NY, and attended Arizona State University where he first fell in love with the Valley of the Sun. He graduated from ASU in 1991, but there were no dental schools in Arizona at the time, so he went back East to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1995. He returned to NY to practice and quickly built his office into one of, if not the premier practice in Orange County, NY, but always wanted to return to the Valley one day.
In 2005, he followed his dreams, sold his practice in NY, and returned to Arizona, the place where he always felt most at home. Dr. Waldman is known for his excellent and meticulous clinical skill in almost all phases of dentistry, staying up to date with the most current technology, his efficiency, relaxed chair-side manner, ability to listen to what his patients’ concerns are, and treating each case based on the patient’s specific wants and needs.
Dr. Waldman is happily married to his wife Cori, who he has been with for over 25 years. They have four beautiful children West, Cali, twins Briggs and Ellie and their dog Sonny, who keep him very busy when he is out of the office. He enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking, working out and watching, playing with and coaching his children in their chosen sports.

Periodontist
Dr. Jason J. Augustine has been practicing Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Phoenix since 2000. He earned his Doctorate in Dentistry and Masters in Periodontal Surgery from The Ohio State University. Dr. Augustine performs a wide range of non-surgical, laser assisted and surgical treatments for the management of Gum Disease. He also has extensive training in Cosmetic Gum Procedures and Surgical Implant Dentistry. As a leader in these areas, he lectures regularly on these topics and holds a position on several scientific advisory boards. Dr. Augustine maintains an active membership in numerous dental organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology. He held a position as an Associate Professor at Midwestern College of Dental Medicine from 2007-2011. In addition to working in conjunction with Dr. Waldman, he also maintains his state of the art periodontal office in North Phoenix, Dr. Augustine practices the most current advances in his field.
